Aimee

Hey there, I’m Aimee, a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor with 5 years of experience in both Canada and Ireland. I specialize in tailoring personalized workout plans that blend strength, cardio, and nutrition to suit your unique needs and preferences.
I’m not just about fitness; I’m about understanding what you need and want from your wellness journey. My hands-on approach is grounded in both knowledge and science, ensuring that the methods we use are not only effective but also safe and backed by sound principles.
I believe in making fitness enjoyable and accessible for everyone, and that includes understanding your specific goals and aspirations. By providing personalized coaching with a supportive and science-based approach, we can work together to make lasting and positive changes that align with your individual needs. Mary

Work with me, Mary, a personal trainer with diverse experience spanning almost 6 years. My love for movement has been an integral part of my life, participating in activities such as swimming, ballet, soccer, volleyball, karate, dancing, boxing, and kickboxing.

Today, my movement repertoire includes lifting, flexibility training, aerial silks, parkour, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ). I firmly believe that movement is diverse and personal, and I thrive on exploring the myriad ways our bodies can express themselves.

My mission is simple: to help you feel at ease and empowered within your own body through movement. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned fitness enthusiast, I meet you where you are in your journey. Show up, and together we will work to find ways of moving that feel good for you.

Sam

I am a CrossFit trainer and a martial artist. I hold a master’s degree in Physiotherapy, and I have been working in the fitness industry for over 25 years. During your assessment I will listen to you to understand your goals and needs. I will then plan and execute a program to get where you want to be. My training programs will accommodate and help you overcome injuries and conditions such as lower back pain, knee and shoulder pain, arthritis, and other injuries that make it difficult for individuals to workout. For people with joint pain and injuries, every program is crafted to accomplish biomechanical balance and optimize range of motion, which typically leads to excellent results.
