Sam is a seasoned Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Brown Belt & Team Canada 2025 athlete with 16 years of solid training and a history of success in competition including IBJJF European Championship gold and Pan bronze. He keeps things straightforward, focusing on core techniques that work, especially for kids and beginners. With almost a decade in law enforcement, Sam’s self-defense instruction is practical and real, rooted in experience rather than theory. No nonsense —just effective training that prepares students for real situations.
Assistant Coaches
To provide a safe and enjoyable environment for your children, each kids' class is led by a head coach and a female assistant. This team approach ensures a fun, supportive, and effective learning experience for every child.
